Tadalafil

Tadalafil is used to help treat erectile dysfunction and increased penis sensitivity in men. This medication works by relaxing the muscles in the walls of the blood vessels increasing blood flow to the penis, causing an erection and helping to keep an erection hard enough for sexual intercourse. In some cases where an erection can be achieved the increased blood flow enhances stimulation and erection firmness. Our Doctor’s like to call this “having a little bit more lead in your pencil”.
