VITAMIN D
Unlike other vitamins that are sourced internally or from your diet, you need only step outside for your daily dose of vitamin D. Vitamin D is renowned for its dependence on the sun’s UV rays, yet can also be sourced from foods such as dairy products, eggs and fish. However, you’d be right in thinking sun exposure is key, with 90% of your vitamin D derived from the sun and 10% from dietary nutrients.
This vitamin doesn’t just exist to get you outside on your lunch break, but also regulates calcium and phosphate absorption and metabolism — simply put, it keeps your bones strong and healthy.
How much is enough? While there’s no universal rule, Cancer Council notes that a few minutes of sun exposure each day is enough to meet requirements, without heightening the risks of skin or sun cancers. Do your body a favour and go (responsibly) soak up that sun!

If you wish or order medical products, you will need to select a relevant category, conduct a Pre Medical Screening and receive an approved Treatment Plan from doctor to gain access.

When you place an order, our Medical Team will review your order alongside your medical history and goals to determine suitability. Following prescription, the doctor will send your prescription to be our Australian compounding pharmacy.
ORDER
DISPATCHED
Once received, the pharmacy will compound your product and dispatch it to you via express post. You will receive doctor-issued dosing instructions and delivery tracking information via email.
