If you order has been dispatched by the pharmacy, your order unfortunately cannot be cancelled.
Peptides are a prescribed medication. Due to State Health Regulations once the product(s) have left the pharmacy, been opened or used, the products are no longer in AS NEW condition and are unable to be exchanged or refunded.
Missing or Damaged Return Policy
Products purchased from Peptides Direct are fully covered by transit insurance. In an unforseen circumstance your order is damaged or lost in transit please email us directly at [email protected], and provide a complete detailed description of what has occurred, photo of the damaged product, along with your name and contact details. We will make it a priority to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Right to Refuse a Patient
Peptides Direct physicians have the right to refuse prescribing to a patient, should you have a contraindication to taking peptides or the physician deems you unsafe to taking peptides. You will receive a 100% refund in your order.
Peptides Direct does not tolerate hostile customers who threaten or harass staff members in any way. This includes hostile acts in person, over the phone, via email, or Internet with slander or defamation against Peptides Direct. If an individual or individuals violate any these acts, Peptides Direct reserves the right to cancel and/or issue a refund, and pursue legal action.
